How the session unfolds ?
Welcome & Introduction
In 10 min, Roxy will welcome you to the sacred space, explain what ☥Heka☥ is about, and the easy instructions to lay down and receive.
Grounding & Transmission
With your eyes closed and lying down, you will be guided in a 3 min meditation in preparation for the 60 min ☥HEKA☥ transmission with music.
Sharing & Clousure
You will come back from the experience at your own time and share it if you feel it. You will receive self-care recommendations for the following days.
TEcHnical Needs
𓂀 WIFI – The session will be in Google Meet
𓂀 Space to fully lie down on a bed, couch or yoga mat
𓂀 Clear speaker or headphones as music plays an important role
