By browsing, accessing, or using our website (roxystarseed.com), you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with them, we invite you to refrain from using the site. We have drafted this document clearly so that you know how we operate.

1. WHO WE ARE? (IDENTITY AND OPERATION)

The website, the “Roxy Starseed” brand, as well as all content, methods, and intellectual property belong solely and exclusively to Roxana Soto Ostos. To facilitate a safe shopping experience for you, the company GLENCROK S.A. de C.V. acts as the authorized commercial operator of the platform. This means that GLENCROK is exclusively responsible for payment processing, billing, and invoicing for the acquired services, without this granting them rights over the brand.

2. OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Through Roxy Starseed we offer: Digital Products: content, downloadable material, audio, videos, or courses delivered virtually. Holistic Sessions: Services such as “Heka Activation”; multi-session programs such as “Heka Program”, and energy therapies by prior appointment, in-person or online.

3. MEDICAL AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The sessions and services offered by Roxy Starseed are holistic, energetic, and personal well-being practices. Not medical care: these sessions do not constitute a medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or therapy. Your responsibility: when taking a session, you assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional health. Under no circumstances should you suspend a medical treatment without consulting your specialist. Roxy Starseed is exempt from all liability for the personal use or interpretation of the shared tools. Regarding results: experiences in energy work vary from person to person, so specific results are neither promised nor guaranteed.

4. PRICE, PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

All prices are expressed in United States Dollars (USD). When paying, your bank will be responsible for converting to your local currency (such as Mexican pesos) according to that institution’s current exchange rate. Your payments are processed 100% securely through specialized external platforms: PayPal and Stripe. Roxy Starseed does not manage, store, or have access to your credit card or banking details. Roxy Starseed is not responsible for technical failures, system outages, or card rejections directly attributable to PayPal, Stripe, or your bank.

5. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND TOLERANCE POLICY

To maintain order and respect for everyone’s time, we apply the following rules:

    • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your session without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Refunds: If you decide to definitively cancel your session and notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we will refund your payment (deducting only non-refundable Stripe/PayPal banking fees). The estimated processing time is 5 business days + the time your bank takes to reflect the refund. Note: If you required an invoice in Mexico (CFDI), there are no refunds, only the option to reschedule.
    • Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered rendered and there will be no right to a refund or rescheduling.
    • Grace Period (No-Show): You have a 15-minute grace period to connect or arrive for your session. If you do not show up within that timeframe, the session will be considered rendered in full.
    • Digital Products: Due to their intangible nature and immediate access, all sales of digital products, courses, or downloadables are final and non-refundable.

6. INVOICING POLICIES
Our invoicing is divided depending on your place of residence:

International Clients (Outside Mexico): As an export of digital services, your receipt will be an Invoice (Commercial Purchase Receipt) in USD, which is not subject to Mexican Value Added Tax (VAT/IVA). As a foreign user, you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes your country may require.

Clients in Mexico (CFDI): Users residing for tax purposes in the Mexican Republic who require an Official Digital Tax Receipt via Internet (CFDI) may request it at the time of purchase or by sending an email to roxy@roxystarseed.com. In accordance with the provisions of the Tax Administration Service (SAT) under the 4.0 invoicing scheme, the User must mandatorily provide the following information:

    1. Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) with homoclave.
    2. Full Name or Business Name exactly as it appears on their Tax Status
    3. Certificate (Cédula de Situación Fiscal).
    4. Postal Code corresponding to their Fiscal Domicile.
    5. Tax Regime under which they are registered.
    6. Use of CFDI (e.g., General expenses, To be defined, etc.).
    7. Exact amount paid in pesos (since the charge is made in USD and the issuing payment bank dictates that day’s dollar-to-peso conversion rate, which may vary the resulting amount in Mexican pesos).
    8. Email address for sending XML and PDF files.

The invoice request must be made within the same calendar month in which payment was made and confirmed. Roxy Starseed reserves the right to reject invoice requests submitted outside the month of purchase. Once the CFDI is issued with the information provided by the client, no re-invoicing, cancellations, or modifications due to errors or omissions attributable to the User will be made.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content (including text, logos, images, courses, manuals, and audio) is the intellectual property of Roxana Soto Ostos. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercializing it without prior, express, and written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

To use this site, you must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Attempting to breach the security of the Website, sending unsolicited emails (spam), or using the content without authorization for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND APPLICABLE LAW

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time to improve our service. These terms are governed by current applicable legislation in the Mexican Republic, particularly by the provisions of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

1. ¿QUIENES SOMOS? (IDENTIDAD Y OPERACIÓN)

El sitio web, la marca “Roxy Starseed”, así como todo el contenido, los métodos y la propiedad intelectual pertenecen única y exclusivamente a Roxana Soto Ostos. Para facilitarte una experiencia de compra segura, la empresa GLENCROK S.A. de C.V. actúa como el operador comercial autorizado de la plataforma. Esto significa que GLENCROK se encarga exclusivamente del procesamiento de pagos, de la cobranza y de la facturación de los servicios adquiridos, sin que ello le otorgue derechos sobre la marca.

2. NUESTROS SERVICIOS Y PRODUCTOS

A través de Roxy Starseed ofrecemos: Productos Digitales: contenidos, material descargable, audios, videos o cursos de entrega virtual. Sesiones Holísticas: Servicios como “Heka Activation”; programas de varias sesiones “Heka Program” y terapias energéticas bajo cita previa, en modalidad presencial o en línea.

3. DESLINDE MÉDICO Y DE SALUD

Las sesiones y servicios ofrecidos por Roxy Starseed son prácticas holísticas, energéticas y de bienestar personal. No es atención médica, estas sesiones no constituyen un diagnóstico, tratamiento, prescripción ni terapia médica, psiquiátrica ni psicológica. Tu responsabilidad al tomar una sesión, asumes la responsabilidad total de tu salud física, mental y emocional. Bajo ninguna circunstancia debes suspender un tratamiento médico sin consultar a tu especialista. Roxy Starseed queda exenta de toda responsabilidad por el uso o la interpretación personal de las herramientas compartidas. Sobre los resultados, las experiencias en el trabajo energético varían de una persona a otra, por lo que no se prometen ni garantizan resultados específicos.

4. PRECIO, PAGOS Y SEGURIDAD

Todos los precios están expresados en dólares estadounidenses (USD). Al pagar, será tu banco el encargado de convertir a tu moneda local (como pesos mexicanos) según el tipo de cambio vigente de esa institución. Tus pagos se procesan de forma 100% segura a través de plataformas externas especializadas: PayPal y Stripe. Roxy Starseed no administra, almacena ni tiene acceso a los datos de tus tarjetas o claves bancarias. Roxy Starseed no se hace responsable de fallas técnicas, caídas de sistema o rechazos de tarjetas atribuibles directamente a PayPal, Stripe o a tu banco.

5. POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN, RE-AGENDA Y TOLERANCIA

Para mantener el orden y respeto por el tiempo de todos, aplicamos las siguientes reglas:

    • Re-agenda: Puedes re-programar tu sesión sin penalización si nos avisas con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.
    • Reembolsos: Si decides cancelar tu sesión de manera definitiva y nos avisas con al menos 48 horas de anticipación, te reembolsaremos tu pago (descontando únicamente las comisiones bancarias de Stripe/PayPal que no son reembolsables). El tiempo estimado es de 5 días hábiles + el tiempo que tu banco tarde en reflejar el reembolso. Nota: Si requiriste factura en México (CFDI), no hay reembolsos, solo opción de reagendar.
    • Cancelaciones tardías: Si cancelas con menos de 24 horas de anticipación, la sesión se considerará consumida y no habrá derecho a reembolso ni a re-programación.
    • Tolerancia (No-Show): Tienes 15 minutos de tolerancia para conectarte o llegar a tu sesión. Si no te presentas en ese lapso, la sesión se dará por impartida en su totalidad.
    • Productos Digitales: Debido a su naturaleza intangible y de acceso inmediato, todas las ventas de productos digitales, cursos o descargables son definitivas y no reembolsables.

6. POLÍTICAS DE FACTURACIÓN

Nuestra facturación se divide dependiendo de tu lugar de residencia:

Clientes Internacionales (Fuera de México): Al ser una exportación de servicios digitales, tu comprobante será un Invoice (Comprobante Comercial de Compra) en USD, que no está sujeto al Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) mexicano. Como usuario extranjero, eres el único responsable de declarar y pagar cualquier impuesto que tu país pueda exigir.

Clientes en México (CFDI): Los Usuarios que residan fiscalmente en la República Mexicana y requieran un Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI) podrán solicitarlo al momento de realizar su compra o enviando un correo electrónico a roxy@roxystarseed.com. De acuerdo con las disposiciones del Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) bajo el esquema de facturación 4.0, el Usuario deberá proporcionar obligatoriamente los siguientes datos:

      1. Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) con homoclave.
      2. Nombre completo o Razón Social exactamente como figura en su Cédula de Situación Fiscal.
      3. Código Postal correspondiente a su Domicilio Fiscal.
      4. Régimen Fiscal en el que se encuentra inscrito.
      5. Uso del CFDI (ej. Gastos en general, Por definir, etc.).
      6. Monto exacto pagado en pesos (ya que el cobro se realiza en usd y el banco emisor del pago es quien dicta la tasa de conversión de dólares a pesos del día, la cual puede variar el resultado del monto en pesos mexicanos).
      7. Dirección de correo electrónico para el envío de archivos XML y PDF.

La solicitud de factura deberá realizarse dentro del mismo mes calendario en el que se efectuó y confirmó el pago. Roxy Starseed se reserva el derecho de rechazar las solicitudes de facturación presentadas fuera del mes de la compra. Una vez emitido el CFDI con los datos proporcionados por el cliente, no se realizarán refacturaciones, cancelaciones ni modificaciones por errores u omisiones imputables al Usuario.

7. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

Todo el contenido del sitio web (incluidos textos, logotipos, imágenes, cursos, manuales y audios) es propiedad intelectual de Roxana Soto Ostos. Queda estrictamente prohibida su copia, reproducción, distribución o comercialización sin autorización previa, expresa y por escrito.

8. REGLAS DE USO DEL SITO

Para usar esta página debes tener por lo menos 18 años o estar bajo la supervisión de un padre o tutor legal. Queda estrictamente prohibido intentar vulnerar la seguridad del Sitio Web, enviar correos no deseados (spam), o utilizar el contenido sin autorización para fines ilícitos.

9. MODIFICACIONES Y LEY APLICABLE

Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento para mejorar nuestro servicio. Estos términos se rigen por la legislación vigente aplicable en la República Mexicana, en particular por las disposiciones de la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor.
